Collettrealty.com commenced trading on the 1st July 2004 having previously traded from the same premises as a franchise outfit, Elders RE Fremantle. Russell and Kathy Collett are the owner/operators of this locally owned small business.

Offering one of the most experienced teams in the region, Collettrealty.com offers clients a complete and comprehensive property-related service specifically aiming to achieve a direct and close working relationship between the senior management and our clientele.

Kathy joined Australia's then most successful independent real estate firm, Brown James & Associates, as a receptionist before working her way through property management to become settlements manager.

Russell chose real estate as a career and became licensed at 18 (the earliest age possible) in 1982 with Ockerby & Co in Claremont before experiencing 2 years of property management first hand at Brown James & Associates in Kalgoorlie. Russell then returned to sales at Wades Estate Agency for the ensuing 14 years including 10 years as senior auctioneer.

As business owners Russell and Kathy returned to Fremantle in 2000 to open their real estate practice commencing without staff, listings or rentals. Now four years on, they employ a team of twelve experienced and enthusiastic property professionals.
